A customer has with his creativity and O.B.Wiik’s Weather shelter reduced his equipment and production costs significantly.
Inside the weather shelter our client created the ability to complete wall sections in a dry and safe working environment. When the sections were ready they got rolled out on one 18m long rail and lifted further into place by a crane. Both tent and rail solution saved time and money for our customers. The work became more efficient, and machine costs declined as they had no need for loaders and could work undisturbed, no matter the weather.
Inside the tent, there were also plenty of rooms to store materials. The road from pallets to finished wall elements was short.
